This year’s WABE speaker program is especially exciting, spotlighting influential voices who have shaped—and continue to shape—the media technology landscape. Two speakers we look forward to hearing from include:
- Jeff Moore, Executive VP, CMO, and Vice-Chair of Ross Video, will share insights from the forefront of global live video production innovation.
- Leigh Whitcomb, a veteran of the broadcast industry with over 30 years at Imagine Communications, will provide deep technical and strategic perspectives.
- Robert Seeliger, Senior Project Manager at Fraunhofer FOKUS, brings over a decade of international expertise in video and media technologies, specializing in streaming, ad insertion, SmartTV, and hybrid broadcast innovations.
- Kevin Desjardins, President of the Canadian Association of Broadcasters (CAB), brings a strategic and analytical approach to government relations and industry advocacy.
- Kirk Nesbitt, Technical Advisor to the Canadian Association of Broadcasters, is a respected professional engineer serving broadcasters, system integrators, and equipment suppliers.
